I understand your point. It had bad luck on 3 last visits...is it normal...?? Hwy police in Murmansk dosent protect turists? We bring money to your shops and hotels. When we come to Murmansk, we want to spend our money in markets and shops. ґBut now many of my friends dosent want to go to Murmansk anymore. Its not only me hwo havent been robbed.... How many times and where? Never visit NY. People says that gungs can kill you only for penny. So, crime is a trouble of all big cities, but chances to be robbed could be less if you know some rules of safety.
